FAQ – JAC’s Fabrics and Crafts Ltd

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.

  • Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Express UK delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch (if selected at checkout).

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
We hope to expand to international delivery soon — stay tuned!

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@jacfashion.co.uk or via WhatsApp 07368 588603.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel orders once they are processed or custom fabrics have been cut.

4. What if I received a faulty or wrong item?

We’re really sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

5. Can I return my order?

Yes — if your item is unused and in original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that custom fabric cuts and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
