How to Return an Item

We’re sorry your order wasn’t quite right. If you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Step 2: Contact Us

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will reply within 1–2 working days with return instructions.

Step 3: Package the Item

• Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including any labels, tags, or extras.

• Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return inside the parcel.

Step 4: Post the Item

• Post the item to the return address provided in our email.

• We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.

• Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
